Jilian has over 25 years of HR management experience, having worked as an HR Manager and HR Director for many companies in a variety of industries. Most recently, she has spent the last 5 years working as an HR Consultant to small and mid-sized companies.
She studied Human Resource Management and Business at UCLA and also received an Advanced Certificate in HR Management from UNLV. She is also dual certified as a Senior Professional in HR Management.
