Human Resource Directors are responsible for acting as a strategic business partner with clients.
Recommend and develop Human Resource programs that support the client’s needs and counsel client regarding compliance, resource planning, training and development, compensation, benefits, and infrastructure.
- Counsel and interact with client management to support HR functionality
- Develop and recommend compensation plans, benefits plans and payroll/HR management platforms
- Develop and implement human resource policies
- Understand client’s vision and support the strategic objectives and needs
- Prepare and execute client proposals and budgeting resources to support proposals
