Throughout her career, Jill has built trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all organizational levels. Her expertise includes developing and implementing HR infrastructure, providing strategic guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance, managing employee benefits, fostering positive workplace cultures, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, an Associate of Science in Business Management from Fullerton College, and a Human Resources Certificate from UC Riverside. She is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
