John joins Optima Office with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in a variety of roles ranging from sales to executive management. Prior to joining Optima, John founded Peck Insurance Agency as well as an accounting and bookkeeping services business. He began his career at Balboa Capital as an Account Executive before moving to Quality Service Organization Inc., where he quickly advanced to the roles of CFO and VP of IT.
Through his diverse background, John has developed expertise in accounting, human resources, small business administration and ownership, sales and marketing, software development, and team management. He enjoys leveraging his knowledge and experience to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
John holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in North County San Diego with his wife and two children.
