He has led teams of up to 6,000 people and managed annual budgets exceeding $120M, consistently maximizing team performance and organizational outcomes. He retired at the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps after a distinguished career. He has been recognized as a Top Influential Leader in the San Diego Defense Industry, is a combat-decorated pilot, serves on multiple boards, and holds a Top Secret SCI clearance.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Oregon State University.
