Rekha Kapania is a finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience across the technology, life sciences, biotech, financial services, and nonprofit sectors in both public and private organizations. With a strong background in financial leadership and strategic operations, Rekha has held executive leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer of RapidAI, Inc. and Chief Operating and Finance Officer of the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. She began her career with KPMG in New York and brings several years of CFO-level consulting, capital raise advisory, SEC reporting, pre-SPAC audits, and multi-entity financial operations experience. Rekha holds an MBA in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, and has completed Levels I and II of the CFA Program.
