Jennifer is the CEO of Optima Office, Inc, which provides fractional CFO, Controller, Bookkeeping and HR services to businesses ranging from start-ups to larger scale organizations. Her employees fill the role in all accounting, HR or finance functions to companies in every industry in a part-time, ongoing and onsite capacity. She believes that happy staff=happy clients and that healthy books foster a healthy community.

Jennifer was a Controller or Director of Accounting for numerous companies and non-profits throughout San Diego between 2004-2012 prior to starting her first company, which she grew to 90 employees and over $6 million in revenue in just 6 years. Jennifer graduated with a Finance and Marketing degree from the University of Arizona in 2001, earned an MBA from San Diego State University in 2008 and completed the Becker CPA courses in 2011.
