Optima Office provides Outsourced Accounting, Fractional CFO and Human Resources Support. We serve close to 300 companies across the United States but are mostly focused on the West Coast. At least half of the work we do is onsite at our clients, although many of our team members work remotely at least half of the time. We bill on an hourly basis for our time. Since the firms’ inception in 2018, Optima has received numerous awards, including best place to work, and had revenues of $6.3 million their 3rd year in business.

Jennifer currently sits on the board of Junior Achievement, The Better Business Bureau, NuFund Venture Group and a publicly traded company, Presidio Property Trust. She volunteers time for numerous student mentor programs and is a member of Rotary 33, NAWBO, CWI, WBENC, Vistage, ACG, Entrepreneurs Organization, Young Executives Council and Social Venture Partners
