Katya Mansurova is a highly motivated accounting and finance professional with extensive experience managing all aspects of financial and accounting operations. Her career spans several decades and includes experience in public accounting managing audits and reviews, leadership roles within private and corporate accounting teams, and more than seven years as an entrepreneur. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations across a diverse range of industries, including SaaS, hospitality and restaurants, durable medical equipment (DME) and medical services, and biotechnology.
Katya has established and led accounting departments, overseeing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, financial analysis, internal controls, cash flow management, financial reporting, fundraising, and other key financial operations. She is recognized for building efficient accounting processes, strengthening financial controls, and supporting organizational growth through strategic financial leadership.
Katya earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Alliant International University.
