Charlotte has 30 years of HR management and payroll experience working with a variety of small and midsize companies and industries. Her experience covers all aspects of HR from onboarding to offboarding, benefits management, compliance, employee relations, coaching, policies and procedures, etc. She has extensive experience with evaluating, selecting and implementing new payroll and HCM software to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. Charlotte possesses strong leadership skills, is self-motivated and can work independently or in a team environment. She excels in her ability to adapt to most environments, personalities and cultures and can communicate well with others and has become a trusted adviser to management. Charlotte studied Management and Human Resources at Cal Poly Pomona and holds a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, she is a SHRM Certified HR Professional.
