Denise has 20 + years of experience in accounting and finance. As a Senior Accounting Manager at Optima Office, she supervises Staff Accountants, completes month end journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and is responsible for financial statement preparation. She also prepares cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and the implementation of new business processes.

Prior to working at Optima, Denise owned a marketing / printing company. She also has accounting experience in the Energy Industry, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Direct Lending, Tax Law, IT Services, and Marketing.

Denise has a MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Loyola University and a BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University. She passed the CPA exam in the state of Illinois.

She is QuickBooks Online Certified and proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, as well as other accounting software.
