Scott Bullock is an upbeat HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business management. He has worked in large companies supporting hundreds of employees and has also worked closely with entrepreneurs developing HR and Safety Programs from the ground up. He currently works with Optima Office Accounting and HR outsourcing services and heads the WVPP initiative there.

With extensive recruiting, employee relations, training, and safety management experience, Scott brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to Human Resources and people management and has worked in a wide range of industries, including transportation/distribution, hospitality, home services, healthcare, and construction.
