She has a breadth of experience in all functions of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Retention, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Change Management, Performance Management, Coaching, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Training, Internship Development, Compensation and Rewards, Compliance and Employment/Culture Branding. Jennifer’s experience working with companies from a variety of industries including, Retail, Fashion, e-Commerce, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Sports Management, Property Management and Supply Chain Management has allowed her to gain a variety of strategies to build and execute HR best practices.
