Christian is a dynamic, experienced Human Resources professional with a 14+ year career in all functions of HR + Payroll. He has worked in diverse industries with diverse employee demographics. Christian has spent time supporting employees, managers, and senior leadership in industries such as Apparel, Manufacturing, Start-Ups, Media, and Architecture. Christian has spent much of his career handling employee relations, conflict management, performance management, and talent acquisition while having experience in Worker's Compensation, benefit administration, and other administrative functions. He emphasizes candor, and realistic optimism when working with clients. Christian resides in South Orange County with his wife and two daughters. He received in bachelor’s degree in Sociology from San Diego State University.
