Daniela (Dana) is an experienced Controller with entrepreneurial background and over 15 years experience leading Finance and Operations in e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail businesses. Dana possesses extensive knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting for manufacturing, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Data and KPI driven with a proven track record of implementing processes and control systems, she has set up and managed accounting departments. Dana possesses both management and hands-on experience with full cycle accounting, month and year-end close process, payroll, and HR.

Dana has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, is currently completing a 1-year Specialization in Financial Accounting and Reporting with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Chmpaign, is studying for her CPA exams and is fluent in English, Romanian and German.
