Outsourced Human Resource Directors are responsible for acting as a strategic business partner with clients.
Recommend and develop Human Resource programs that support the client’s needs and counsel the client regarding compliance, resource planning, training and development, compensation, benefits, and infrastructure.
- Counsel and interact with client management to support HR functionality
- Develop and recommend compensation plans, benefits plans and payroll/HR management platforms
- Develop and implement human resource policies
- Understand client’s vision and support the strategic objectives and needs
- Prepare and execute client proposals and budgeting resources to support proposals
