Jonathan possesses a Bachelor of Accounting from University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and an MBA from Alvernia University in Reading, PA. He was a Chartered Accountant (SA) and successfully completed the Pennsylvania Uniform CPA Examination.
