John has over 30 years of experience in private and publicly held companies in such industries as life sciences, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and manufacturing. He has a significant amount of experience in scaling financial operations and reporting of fast-growing companies as well as collaborating with C-level personnel on strategic and operational goals.  Furthermore, he has facilitated equity and debt financing that has allowed companies to grow and achieve their strategic goals.  Other qualifications that John brings to an engagement are budgeting/forecasting, treasury management, contract negotiations, and M&A to name a few. John started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. He is a licensed certified public accountant in California and received his B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
