I am so very grateful Optima hired me, despite much of my previous career experience being in a different industry. I feel so lucky I was able to get back into the Accounting world through Team Optima. What a treat it is to work with several different clients, industries, and team members! It means a lot to work for a company that is genuinely caring and supportive of its employees.

I just want to thank the Optima Office team. I value that the leadership and the whole team show appreciation in so many different ways. It is part of what makes Optima a great place to work.

Honestly, out of all the clients/companies I have worked with, Optima is head and shoulders above the rest. You have the clearest, strongest values and working with Optima has been the best decision I have made in the last decade.

After many years of working for specific non-profits, I was very intrigued by the idea of returning to having multiple clients, and (in the world of today) the work from home, work-life balance that it offers. I haven’t been disappointed!

I enjoy the opportunity to make a difference for multiple organizations, especially non-profits. The flexibility and variety of different responsibilities are a huge plus.

Optima has given me the opportunity to continue working in the space I know and love, while still being able to balance my time with my family. The team here at Optima is amazing and has created an environment for continued learning and growth!

What initially drew me to Optima was how open they were about their flexibility for their employees and how much they prioritize making sure we are happy, which in turn contributes to the client’s happiness.

I love working at Optima, but my favorite aspect is the flexibility in scheduling that I get, which allows me to work remotely and be with my loved ones more.

I appreciate how Optima and the internal staff are very flexible and kind. I can contribute to the team and grow my skills in the accounting field while never feeling like I have to choose between my family and work.
